The Padarn Lake Hotel, Snowdonia makes an ideal
venue for a great many function options. The hotel has its own
dedicated function room (with it's own bar) which can be adapted for
many types of special occasions. From parties and conferences to
business meetings and lectures, the Ogwen function room is an ideal
choice. Depending on layout, the room can accommodate up to about 80
people. It can also be used for smaller, more private functions as
well as buffets, wedding disco's etc. Rates are very reasonable, and
if you have a large group staying at the hotel, it is sometimes
possible to provide the use of the room for almost free!
For larger functions, the lounge bar can also be hired for exclusive
use. The lounge bar can accommodate up to about 120 people and has
it's own bar and stage for entertainment. As the room is used for the regular entertainment at
weekends, booking well in advance is essential and you would need a
good number of people in the room to make it feel 'busy' .
Rates for the Lounge bar depend on the day of the week and the time
of year. As a guide, a Saturday night in summer would be the most
expensive and a weeknight in winter would be the most economical.

the entire hotel for your exclusive use. You would then have free
reign of all the bedrooms, the restaurant area, cocktail bar, lounge
bar and the Ogwen function room. As you would expect, advance
booking is absolutely essential.
